Use this form to Request HOA Approval for Prospective Residents. This submitted form will be Processed by the Management Company, including a background check on all prospective adult residents, and the prospective resident(s) will be approved or disapproved by the HOA Board of Directors. The HOA Board meets once a month on the second Thursday of each month. A final disposition of your application will be sent to you. Allow 30 days for application processing.

Adults: Include information for ALL individuals over 18 years of age, who will be residing in the unit.

Applicants understand, agree and authorize Stonehaven Estates HOA, the Management Company, Homeowners Association Board of Directors and / or their screening / review committee, and their agents to investigate and verify all of the information submitted on this application including; criminal background reports, credit checks, landlord / tenant court records, as well as contacting current and previous landlords and employers.
Any applicant that refuses to comply (submit application or list names of all that will be living in the residence) will render the residence to be considered in violation of the by-laws of Stonehaven Estates HOA.
Applicants understand and agree that final approval / denial of this application is by the Homeowners Association's Board of Directors acting on behalf of all homeowners and that applicant will hold harmless all parties from any claim or action related to this application or the resulting investigation.
Applicants understand and agree that no assumption shall be made by the applicants that this application has been approved / denied until receiving written confirmation of such action.
Applicants understand and agree that they have submitted an accurate application for residency along with a non-refundable processing fee of $200 per applicant (age 18 or over) for Buyers and $250 per applicant for Renters, made payable to Stonehaven Estates HOA. Lease renewals require a re-application for residency along with a non-refundable processing fee of $50 per applicant (age 18 or over). Any falsification of this application may result in denial. A legible copy of the sales contract / lease must be included with this application.
The association has the right to enforce the covenants, conditions and restrictions set forth in its declaration against the owner, tenant or any member of the tenant's household, individually or collectively. (See declaration article 8.2.5 in pertinent part.) As such, by his/her/their execution of this application along with the applicant's signature, the owner(s) of the home to be leased/rented specifically agree that the association may demand that any and all delinquencies in the payment of the owner(s) maintenance assessments be paid by the tenant(s) directly to the association upon demand with written notice to the owner(s).

I/we have read all Stonehaven Estates Homeowner Association By-laws and Rules and agree to abide by all Association documents and any amendments made by the Association to said Association documents. The By-laws and rules are available online at www.StonehavenEstates.org.
I/we agree that we will act in accordance to the Association documents and understand that any violation of these documents will result in immediate legal action.
Section 9.5. Campers, Boats and Recreational Vehicles. No campers, boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles and other types of non-passenger vehicles, equipment, implements or accessories maybe kept on any Lot unless the same are fully enclosed within the garage located on such Lot, and said vehicles and accessories are in an operable condition. ...
Section 9.6. Animals and Pets. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot except for cats, dogs or other generally recognized household pets of a reasonable number, provided that they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose; and provided further, than no more than two (2) adult animals may be kept on a single Lot. All such animals shall be kept in strict accordance with all local laws and ordinances (including leash laws) and in accordance with all rules established by the Association. Any pet must be carried or kept on a leash when outside a dwelling unit. No pet shall be kept outside of a dwelling unit or in any screened area unless someone is present in the dwelling unit. Any pet must not be an unreasonable nuisance or annoyance to other Lot Owners. All Owners shall pick up and remove any solid animal waste deposited by his or her pet.
HOA Community Rules (Animals and Pets) A Home Owner and/or resident is permitted to own dogs, as defined in the Stonehaven Estates documents; however, under no circumstances will the "Pit Bull" (as hereinafter defined), or any crossbreeds of such breed(s), be permitted on any portion of the community property and/or homeowner property. A "Pit Bull" is defined as any dog that is an American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or any dog displaying a majority of the physical traits of any one (1) or more of the above breed(s), or any dog exhibiting those distinguishing characteristics which substantially conform to the standards established by the American Kennel Club or United Kennel Club for any of the above breed(s). If it is determined that a Home Owner has a Pit Bull on his/her property and/or the community property, the Home Owner, upon written notice by the Association, will be required to permanently remove the animal from their property and/or the community property.
Section 9.9. Parking. No vehicles, trailers, implements or apparatus may be driven or parked in the Common Area not intended for vehicular access or on any easement unless in use for maintaining such Common Areas. No Vehicle may be parked on any roadway between the hours of 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Vehicles parked in violation of these restrictions may be towed at the sole expense of the vehicle's record owner. The Association shall be held harmless with respect to all such towing expenses.
All Residents will need to register with the management company so that the entry guards can reference their data and authorize them for entry into the community. Similarly, residents may register guests and vendors.
