The entrance is managed by Weiser 
Security Services, Inc. from 6AM to
 10PM. From 10PM to 6AM, entry is
 controlled by the Cellgate Callbox. 
  Gate
 Attendants monitor the clubhouse area via
 surveillance cameras.
Property Manager Correspondence: email distribution, USPS mail, or a
  message board periodically posted at the resident entrance, are 
used to communicate important information, or 
info of interest regarding community affairs

HOA (Home Owner Association) Meetings   
are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the
	 Clubhouse from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and are open to all homeowners / residents. 
  Community business is presented by the Board and the Management Co., FirstService Residential, followed at 8:00 PM by an open discussion of whatever homeowners / residents wish to discuss.
